We do not do special orders but will be happy to help with “mix & match” or quantity questions. We can also be contacted for your special occasion cookie orders including sending birthday cookies, get well cookie delivery, holiday cookies and more. Please contact cjsfavorites@freshcookiesonline.com with your request and contact information and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How long do the cookies take to ship?
The cookies are shipped within 48 hours but the choice of shipping will affect the delivery date.
Will you process large orders?
Yes, quantity is not an issue for us. This includes party and event cookie orders, wedding cookie favors and large corporate cookie delivery. Please contact customer service at cjsfavorites@freshcookiesonline.com for further information.
What does your “fresh guarantee” mean to the customer ?
It means we use the freshest ingredients we can get and do not add any additional preservatives to increase shelf life of the product. Enjoy and consume the cookies within a short time after you get the shipment to avoid the cookies going stale.
